Folks, i have been working in canada for the last one year on a closed worked permit. This was obtained as an intra company tranferee. I assume if i am still working for the same company then this is considered a valid job offer/arranged employment when i apply for PR under CEC right? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Alas, assuming anything with IRCC is a good way to be wrong : ) IRCC provides info on the requirements on its website.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

if you have a valid work permit for a NOC 0, A or B job that is exempt from needing an LMIA, and you:
  • are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
  • have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer
  • have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
So, for your situation, what you would also need to meet the requirements of a valid job offer is a new job offer letter from your employer, valid for at least one year after you become a permanent resident.
