Dear Seniors

If you could please check the above link and elaborate it.
I am temporary foreign worker holder of open work permit issued under IEC (International Experience Canda) currently employed in NOC O.My intentions are to apply for CEC as employment has reached almost 1 year.
My questions are as below.
1.Can a job offer from my same employer be valid without LMIA?
2.Can I claim points for this job offer?
3.Can I accept this job offer and apply as an outland applicant?

Thanks

1 - Yes assuming you have a closed work permit, assuming you've worked for such employer for a year on a full-time basis and assuming you have a job offer for a year after you receive PR.
2 - See number 1
3 - No.

IEC is an open work permit.
