I am in the process of completing my documentation for Immigration under FSW. I understand that a job offer letter can be submitted with the application and that the cap on the Eligible Occupations List doesn't affect those with a valid job offer.
On this account I am in a fix whether to approach my employer whether to approach my employer on asking for job prospects in Canada within the same organization, as there is no certainty at this point that a PR would be granted.
My question is:
1. At any point after the application with all the relevant documentation, do we get any clarity on chances of a positive outcome?
2. If yes for the above question, are we allowed to submit a offer later at a later date?
Also, since CIC is launching the express entry from January 2015, is December 2014 the cut-off date for filing application under the FSW 2014?
