Vaccination QR code?

HI,
I am planning to go back to India at the end of this month and coming back after 2 months. I got 2 doses of Moderna vaccine, and have my Vaccination Receipt without a QR code.
My question is,
Can I go to india without a QR code vaccination certificate( I do not have my health card).
what is this Vaccination Passport all about?

You will need to contact the airlines anyways because they are the people who let you board their planes.

Vaccine records are provincial. Contact your provincial health to see how you can obtain a proof. If you get your vaccine in that province, you should be able to get some kind of documentation even if you do not have health coverage/card.
