Vaccinated Parents from India - Flying options after July 5th

Hi,

1) As per the form that helps you decide if you can enter canada - on Govt website - Parents already having visitor visa, can they land here without quarantine?
2) Since there are no direct flights, what countries are the best options to fly from?

Quarantine exemption is only for Canadians and PRs for now.

That just means you meet the travel exemption. This wizard has been up for around a year
