Can i go vacation to the Philippines to get my daughter first and then "Landing in Canada" as a Permanent Resident together, will i have any problems while Lay-over in any canadian airports before my destination and also how long can i take vacation while on "Parental Benefits leave", because someone said its up to Canadian Immigration but servicecanada said it doesnt matter on their part?
