That i cant help you because i am on a work visa, sorry!I've got a message in my CIC account - "letter accompanying the visa", which is a proof that visas/CoPRs have been issued. It's not a COPR, but it has visa validity information etc.
The trick is that this letter is for 3/4 applicants, and not for the 4th applicant who's package has been delivered to IRCC later - did anyone else on this tread have the same experience?
Will the COPR confirmation letter for the "missing passport" follow separately?

Hi, have you received you tracking number from vfs? I sent my packages on feb 14 and they got delivered on feb 15. Till now no update from vfs. Whenever i check with customer service they keep pushing the number of working days they take to update it in their system.Great! I hope I get my tracking number soon. Eagerly waiting!

Hello All... My parents passport was sent to NYC VAC on Feb 14th and was delivered on Feb 15th. There is no update yet from the VAC. FedEx tracking shows it was received by E.RODRIGUEZ
