Oh okay! When did you received the tracking number emails for the other two passports? Your passports were delivered on 9th feb right?

Hey! Any updates on passport 3/3?
My passport 4/4 (which is thankfully a copy!) is still in the limbo - passports 1,2,3 are all with IRCC.
Send at escalation request, used web chat, phone, no updates, just telling me to wait.

I did, it's been more than 24 hours. They said 24-48 to get a response, now they've extended it to 24-72 lol.

I mean how do we send escalation request?
email info.canny@vfshelpline.com with an "escalation" subject line, when you receive a generic reply, make sure to follow up with the web chat agent and share the ticket number in a generic reply subject line - they web chat specialist will make sure the escalation request is created. Then, a waiting game again. It's the furthest I was able to get with all the VACs communication channels.

I realized that their poor help line is located in Colombia - you can tell if you opt for a customer satisfaction survey in the end - those folks have no direct access to VAC NYC, and they're very protective of the actual VAC's contact information. I feel sorry for them having to cover up the mess in NYC.

How do you know the helpline is in Colombia? I am currently on webchat. I am trying to escalate the email which I sent yesterday and have not received any response except the generic response with ticket number. The webchat officer is not able to find information of the ticket number and still searching..,. Not sure what is happening.

The feedback form asks you to choose the nearest city, they're all Colombian cities there - so the VAC is relying on a third-party provider for their customer care. And the lady in the chat has actually told me they're not in NYC and have no direct communication with the VAC. Which is stupid.

Good luck with the escalation. If anything, ask them to submit another escalation report on your behalf!

The webchat officer asked me to submit proof of delivery, FedEx tracking number etc through the vfs canny email. I sent them all the information. Hope they find my package and update in the system.

No new today as of 4:38 pm EST. I m really hoping to get an email by 6pm (same time as i receive one yesterday) for this passport.
I called earlier today and they told me to wait till tomorrow before sending an escalation email. After looking at the response time you provided, i am considering escalating by tonight.

The two passport tracking number I received yesterday is already at the "Ready for collection stage at VAC NY" today, I am guessing they are going to send it back via fedex by today or tomorrow.

Hi!

I had all my packages registered and sent to IRCC save for my youngest daughter who's a US citizen. The help center agent was unable to locate her package and even asked me stupid questions like "have you sent her documents...", etc?
Is there ANY WAY to contact the NYC VAC directly and understand what's going on with the docs...
Did you package tracking id says "Delivered"? and the agent say they cant locate the package?

Exactly, the FedEx tracking says it is delivered since Feb 8th. The agents just say that the 4th package "hasn't been registered in the system", and since they're a remote third-party help desk, they can't provide any details on what's going on with the package since it was delivered to the VAC and signed by someone named A. Sovick.
It's been 24 hours since the escalation request, and today they told me it can take 24-72 hours till I get the response.

But feels like we're all in the same boat, so the issue is not unique to yours application or mine. Hope all goes well!

Did you got update around 6? I asked customer care for escalation and she said they cannot do it until 9-10 business days of passport received date.
