VAC Emailed me to go drop passport at VFS ,What does that mean ?

Hey guys today I went and dropped off my passport at the VAC in Dubai after I got an email from them telling me to do so . What does that mean , does that mean approval for visa or rejection for visa . Do they call passport if they wanna give rejection ?

they don't ask for a passport if they're going to reject your visa. So don't worry, you are fine. It'll be an approval

Thing is the email asking for my passport came in under two weeks which is why I was worried . Any ideas how so fast ?

Well I don't have any experience in the student visa but I think as the above people said it should be approved because they wont be asking you to submit your passport if it was rejected already. Anyways, best of luck on your studies.
