Using Webform to update police clearance certificate -Urgent Help

Hello,

I have uploaded my police certificate 1 month ago with my application and today I realized that I had to ask the foreign ministry of my backcountry to stamp the documents.
I have got a new one and want to submit it through the webform.
Should I choose a replacement document's menu or the permanent residence (applied online) menu?
Also, what is the possibility of rejection due to the absence of a stamp?
