using the wrong address

Just wanted to know...if it will get return back to me...because i think i made a mistake when i was mailing the package...i used canada post XPRESSPOST but i use this address

and applying for spousal visa outland......will there be any problem?using the wrong address?

You have sent it to the "other family class applications address".

One of three things can happen.

1. CIC realizes when they open your application that it is an outland spousal application and transfers it to the right department.

2. They return it to you.

3. It gets lost in transition.

When did you send it? If possible call Canada Post and change the address.

If it has already been recieved call the CIC call centre and inform them and send CPC-M an email alerting them to the error.

Most likely, your file will find its way to the right place but it could cause considerable delays.
