Using new IRCC portal

I has been applied for a visitor visa in June 2020 biometrics also done and still in process if I reapply again on a new portal should i get visa confirm or not. Because already it has been taken very time.
Please share your opinion.

I applied in March 2022 on new portal and still no updates.

I am in the same situation. What is the new portal link? When I login to Cic it looks like the same portal. It’s so confusing

I applied on May 13 for a visitor visa and haven't had no response yet. I applied using the new portal IRCC: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html. Please help me, is there any other way to communicate with the IRCC in order to track my application ?
