I registered for the ielts using my national ID instead of my passport, because it has expired a long time ago, and I'm in a hurry to take the ielts, will this be a problem with ircc, especially since the national ID number will be shown on the ielts certificate.

Won’t be a problem. Perhaps you will need to include a scan of you national Id with your application just to be on the safe side.
