Hello, I am a Turkish international student. I applied for my permit and I got it. However, after that my brother also wanted to come with me, so I applied online for him also(with my account). The problem is that on internet it says the processing time is only a week, but it has been 25 days and still no response.
Anyways I was checking CIC site again, and it says every applicant should use their own account in order to apply.
Is it the reason why I haven't heard back from the visa office? I revoked my account and then tried to link the application to the new account for my brother's name, however it says the system couldn't find my application!
What should I do? Please help
