One of my Buddy is trying to apply for Immigration.
He is in Alberta right now. He is currently pursuing one year course. If he gets a job in his own field of study, can he apply for CEC after one year ?
Or what are his options for Immigration.

VB sir job should be in NOC O, A or B occupations list and it must be one year full time or equivalent.
