Hi,
I am applying for Federal Skilled worker program through Category 1 ( approved NOC). Iam citizen of India currently in US for past 5 years.
I will be sending the application to Nova Scotia for initial phase.
I donot intend to use a representaive now.

1) Can I add a representative later ( say when sending application documents to Buffalo for evaluation)
2) Is it advisable to use a representative who is in US in the case of me returning to India before case is completed or to transfer the case to India?

Thanks ..

i don't recommend you to use a representive ,all the instructions are clear in the CIC website
most of representive in the USA are scammers based on previous experience
so try to do it yourself
but you can appoint a representive anytime you want

What if one wants to use a representative in Canada while in another country? Is it still advisable? How much does their fees ranges from?
Thanks~
