Use of representative.

I am from Bangladesh.I apply for my canadian study permit by use of representatives on 4thjuly 2018, on 22th july i create a gc key account for tracking my application progress.....

My agent told me today it creates problem...my representative got mail from embassy blah blah etc.

is it really true?

Does not sound make sense to me. You should ask for your representative's name and look up your representative's profile here:

If you cannot find the person in the database, that would like to be an unauthorized representative. In that case, you should gather the documents between you and the rep and file a complaint here:

You have given your agent the right over your application. You cant create an account yourself to track it. If your agent is nice, they will give you the account info they use in tracking your application which most of them don't.

You can only access it yourself if you cancel the use of representative form. That means you don't want to use the agent anymore.
