I am on a work permit applying for an extension of visas for my spouse and kids by using my own IRCC online account.
Which type of Family Representative form I will submit ?
1) IMM 5713 ? ( seems like this form is for using other online account, like my wife is using for her application am I right? I will be the main representative in this one or not?)
2) IMM 5476 ?
3) IMM 5475 ?
or all of them
