Use of a representative form :Online application

If I fill out the "use of representative" form, do the representative(partner) & I have to sign it and then take a printout/scan for submitting the application online. For all other forms, I understand we can electronically sign so the form does not have to have a signature - please help!

we all have this problem... i hope someone could help us with this. same with the statutory declaration form does the commissione of oath need to sign it or not. instruction said no hand signature will be made.
