Hi,

With regards to the personal details section. It is stated to enter the USCIS number for a person in the United States.
Could anyone please advice if its the USCIS case number or the Visa Number?

Thank you.

Nope. i94 number has been asked differently.
You are not telling what you are trying to apply for or which form for which visa and is it while at the border or inside US extending your status?

USCIS does have something called A number similar to Canada's UCI, but most likely this field should be optional.
I think OP is referring to the question "Are you a lawful permanent resident of the United States with a valid U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) number? (required)"

I have selected as NO since I am on a VISA ---> So I am not a Permanent Resident since I have no GC

Both immigrants (LPRs) and nonimmigrants (H1B) have a USCIS number.
