Hi all - now with the latest bill and changes in Citizenship rules, some things look bit messy.
Further to my other threads, one of my friend has another issue. Lets say his name is A.
1. A applied for open work permit when his PR was in-process in his home country. He got the WP visa in passport in June 2013 valid for 2 yrs until June 2015.
2. He travels to Canada on Work Permit in search of job for 2 months, say - Oct 2013, Nov 2013. Comes back home country in Dec 2013 for PR stamping.
3. A travels back to Canada in Feb 2014 as a PR (not on WP).
Now with the above scenario - what should be the answer to question 9(b) in the cit0002e form??
Status Date status was obtained Date status expired
Worker June 2013 June 2015
OR
Status Date status was obtained Date status expired
Worker Oct 2013 Nov 2013
OR
Something else.... ?
