I am an international student in canada. I completed my first semester and now enrolled in second semester but unfortunately i fail in 1 subject. Do i apply for USA tourist visa?

Why would you need a US tourist visa to stay in Canada ?

I have a canadian student visa. I just want to visit US for spending my vaccation and celebrating my birthday.
 
There are many nice places to visit in Canada as well :-)

Regarding the US tourist visa application, until when is your Canadian student permit valid?
