So as the title suggests, we lived in the USA, them moved back to our home country, India and are now coming to Canada on PR.
Two questions
1. We will be arriving from India with goods accompanied and my parents ( us citizens) will be driving across the border from USA to meet us. Can they bring my stuff from usa as a part of goods to follow and will it still be exempt from duty?
2. I will have an International driving permit from India. Will I be able to drive my parents car ( with us licence plates) for a short while?
