Hey everyone am new here, i have a question please help me with this , I got an job offer from nova scotia state employer as an Registered Nurse for AIP program can i apply AIP if i am on pending asylum in USA. Please let me know.If you know any good immigration attorney thankyou

I will take a volunteer departure and go back to my country and apply from there. There are 50-50 chances from staying here in USA and apply.

Yes that is very true, because you must be admitted in American legally and maintained status before you can apply.

My husband and I had our work permits approved while we were in the U.S. We flew in March and have been in Canada for a few weeks now.

So were you on pending asylum in USA ?? And if yes can you please guide me what did you mention in letter
Of explanation.
