[USA] Doctor's office told me to sign up at eMedical. What is the website?

I called to make an appointment for an upfront medical exam. The office told me to sign up for eMedical first then call back for an appointment. I keep google-ing eMedical but cannot figure out what she meant.
Any suggestions?

The more I read, I feel like the person I talked to on the phone, was not giving me accurate information. I think, if I am reading correctly, the office just works with an eMedical program and will hand me an upfront medical exam paper once I've completed it.
