Hi ya'll,

Oh geezzz!

Applied for asylum and was denied. Was later caught and deported due to overstaying in the country (usa). Now back in my country, marrried and trying to apply for a PR in canada for my spouse and I.
1 - Would my usa deporation affect the canadian application?
2 - What if i receive an arranged employment, would that increase my chances of getting a PR status?
3 - What if my spouse is the primary applicant, does that cover the deportation aspect if not been asked?
4 - What other options are there to increase our chances of been granted a PR under this circumstance?

Thanks~

You must give us more information: let's start by which category you are applying under and how you qualify, and we'll go from there.

right, that would help.
Am trying to apply under the federal skilled worker program based on NOC -Financial manager. I've had experience in this field for over 10yrs, or look for an arranged employment in Canada in the same field.

Thanks
