Greetings!

I'm wondering if i can get a US Visa, I'm a foreign worker here in Canada for about 1 year and 9 months. I want to travel for a vacation and to see the tourist attractions in US.

My work permit will expire on May 2015.

If you are from a country that requires US visa, you will need to obtain it in the embassy before your trip. Your status in Canada allows you to apply for US visa from within Canada. You can check all necessary requirements for your visa on the website of United States' Embassy.
