I am an asylee in the US but my heart has always been migrating to Canada where the beauty lies in raising by extra brilliant two daughters. Any advice of how I can do that ? Plus the European type of education is what is more appealing and that I would want my daughters to acquire.

Take a look at the following page for information about the immigration options available to you:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

Note: You cannot immigrate to Canada through the refugee class due to the safe third country agreement.

Now, what if a relative is already refugee, infact already a Canadian citizen, can that help my kids? Or alternatively pay for their education till they graduate and seek to work and indefinitely settle in Canada.
I simply want my kids to grow up in a Canadian way

No,you failed under the 3rd country safety agreement with Canada and the US,You will be back to your homeland in about 2 years.

Forget the refugee path its too long and there is no surety, go back to your country, apply as a skilled worker it will take about 3 years for processing that way you will surely be able to give your kids a good future and you can be here with them legally. Why be in limbo for so many years when you can really give yourself and your kids a better future by being a little patient and applying by other means
