Hi,
I am a US Citizen currently employed at a massive global company. I am a primarily remote asset (Analytics Implementation Consultant) and highly skilled in my field (if that matters).
My wife is a Canadian Citizen with a Green Card in America, who is currently working with an immigration attorney to immigrate to the US. However, there was a technicality she flagged and there is a small chance her Green Card will not be renewable. So I am looking into options.
Currently, my office is in Seattle and it is the Analytics arm of the company I work for. I am virtually positive they would support me continuing to work from Canada if we had to move there, I was just curious about the legal hoops to jump through. I have always loved Canada, and would frankly love to live there. Would there be any issue with this? I looked elsewhere on the forum but could not find a direct analog to our situation.
Any help appreciated
