US PC not in color?

Hi all

Got my USA FBI police certificate today but it's not in color? It clearly says on CIC it MUST be in color.. It's not even on certificate paper just a plain piece of A4 printer paper..

This was all done through the FBI with fingerprint card so it's obviously official but it's not in color so what do I do?

They do not send in color. I got mine too in black and white.

USA FBI PCC is in black and white only. CIC knows this.
Scan and upload the originals. You wouldnt have any issue

@starcatcher999 .. just ensure you are scanning it in color at least. Don't know if CIC checks for that, but sometimes that can be brought up ... just ensure all docs are scanned with scanner set to scanning in color.
