US F1 visa rejected but later approved

My F1 visa to Usa was rejected 3 times back in 2014 but later approved 4th attempt.
what do i mention after in my application under
I was planning to write this answer.
MY f1 visa to Usa was rejected under 214b as I was unable to convince visa officer in the interview that I was a bonafide studentm but later my student F1 visa was approved after providing that I was a bonafide student.

You need to mention the three refusals in your application to Canada.
