US F1 OPT- Canadian PR- Daily Travel

Hello All,
Asking for a friend.
My friend is currently in USA and working on F1-OPT(Optional Practical Training). He is applying for Canadian PR. He plans to keep his job in USA to get experience. After he gets his PR, can he travel daily to US from Canada just like some people on H1B travel daily? Anyone in the forum who is on F1 OPT(working in USA) & Canadian PR and travelling daily to US?

There are no issues from a Canadian immigration perspective. He should post this question to a US immigration web site to determine if this is OK from a US immigration perspective as well.
