Visa Office: London
Category: PNP (Manitoba)
Applicants: 2 adults + 2 children (under 12, US citizen)
Current status: CIC is reviewing the additional documents I have provided.

After fighting my deportation case for about five years, I was deported from the US in Oct 2014 for not maintaining student visa status after graduation from university. I do not have any criminal record, but I was arrest twice by ICE for same case. My FBI report has record of only one arrest, nothing about my second arrest and when I was detained for three weeks.

In my PR application, I did not hide anything, and did provide complete details along with letters from my US attorney as "additional documents". I also included a letter from a Canadian attorney explaining my case was not inadmissible for Canada.

Has anyone experienced similar situation? Any idea how much time they may require to further process my application?

You would be best off posting to the PNP section of the forum.
