How can I sponsor my US citizen nephew to study high school in Canada?

I am a Canadian citizen. My niece is a US citizen.
I have a family here. I want my niece to study high school in Canada.
Her mother has consent to give custody to me?

You must apply for a student permit for your nephew/niece.

Tuition will be around 15000 per year as your nephew/niece is not eligible to study here for free.
