US Business Visa rejection

Hello All,

My US business has been rejected twice, I have mentioned this in the form, But in the form i have mentioned it was in Nov-2011 and Feb-2012, But now i have realised that i have mentioned the wrong dates , I was rejected twice in feb-2012, Will this leads to Misrepresentation. VO of US consulate have returened my passport, there is not rejection stamp on my passport, Will this is any issue ,

Seniors Plz plz help, I have even complete medicals on Aug-10, Plz plz help :-\ :-\

This shouldn't hurt. However, you should definitely send out a letter to your chosen Visa Office explaining that you unintentionally entered wrong dates and you wish to correct those and enclose a new corrected form. Also apologize for the error and thank them for their consideration.
