Hello, When I moved to Canada on ICT, My younger one who is US born accompanied me without any visa. Since she started her school here in Canada, i have applied for student visa and no reply so far and its been 4 month now since I applied and she will complete her 6 Month stay on May first week.
In case if the student permit got rejected, Can she travel outside of Canada [Say go to Mexico ] and come back with in 1 week and stay here for another 6 months ? and bw I can re-apply ?
Or is there any cooling period that she has to stay outside of Canada for a period until next visit?
