Hello,
I was ordered removed from the USA
This year with 5 year bar at the port of entry due to
1. Illegal work during student visa
2. Asylum application with voluntary departure at the port of entry.

What is my chance to get a temporary VISA to canada to attend 1 month training professional program?
Am I inadmissible?

You are not inadmissible to Canada. However your chances of getting a TRV approved are extremely low due to your US immigration history.

Thanks
To what extent are they able to find about:
The 5 year bar
Illegal work
Withdrawed asylum?

The immigration officer told me that no third party will know about the withdrawed asylum application.

What should I mention and what shouldn’t I mention?

Assuming Canada knows everything. There are questions in the TRV application about whether you have ever been ordered to leave a country or ever refused entry into a country. You must answer these questions truthfully. Even if you don't, Canada will find out your history since Canada and the US share immigration information. If you fail to answer the questions in the TRV application truthfully, you'll end up with a refusal and a 5 year ban Canada as well.
