I think thats needed for the interview

Hi All,

I have a question about scheduling an early appointment for my parents. They are planning to visit Canada in September this year, and I am planning to take them to the U.S. during their visit. My question is, can I submit the DS-160 and schedule a visa appointment for them while they are still in India?
Is it required to be in the country (Canada) while taking the visa appointment, and will there be any issues during the appointment?
