I am a Canadian citizen, planning to marry my boyfriend who is seeking asylum in USA currently. When I sponsor him to canada and he gets legal status, what happens to the following:
1. Should he withdraw his US asylum case or it is done automatically?
2. is he barred to visit USA thereafter, is there a ban for a # of years or lifetime? or we will be able to move to usa via job or business investment?
Thanks

You should post this question to a US immigration forum. I would recommend this one:
