Hi Guys..could you please help me with my situations. seniors I desperately need your suggestion.
I have applied for FSW with arranged employment in Feb 2014 and file is under processing at NDVO. Due to some unforseen circumustances, I may have to leave this job now. Is there any way i can still make my application successful? I have sufficient funds to support my family of 2. Is there any possibility of switching FSW from AEO to eligible occupation category with proof of settlement funds? .or do i have to withdraw my current application and do new one? which one is better option (my NOC is present new FSW 2014 occupations list). Please seniors advice me.

IMHO, you should inform CIC, and send all necessary papers from your next job to keep your FSW in process. You cannot drop AOE without its replacement and to keep your FSW file open.

it won't be possible to get a new job soon as i an in the UK now. Do i just have to withdraw my application then?

wont it be possible to send my funds proof to cic so that they can switch the application to eligible occupations category?

sorry there was a mistake in the main question, i have just modified it. I meant from AEO to eligible occupations category?

A! I think you still have to withdraw your first application and apply under FEW. I think you may do it simultaneously.

Thank you for the info. Can i call to CIC about this issue?

hi nzsr_786,

if you still meet the passing score under the FSW after you lose your arranged employment and can show enough funds then NO issue your application is still eligible to get approved but if you will be short of points after losing your arranged employment then its a definite rejection.

good luck

your answer has given me a great confidence.. Thanks a lot.. going through a tough time with confusion between withdrawing application or requesting to change my category to settlement fubds category.. I Will contact NDVO now as my employer today officially informed me about withdrawing his employment offer.. what would be the best way to get in touch with NDVO? how long do you think it takes to get a response from them for urgent matters like this? thanks again bro

@ Canadavisa13

Bro u r amazing ! I followed ur suggestion and informed NDVO about my situation and submitted proof of funds..They have given a positive response and continuing my application. Received MR and FEE request as well..Thanks once again Mate..
