urgently info needed about RPRF, singapore applicants plz help

I am a applicant in Canadian High Commission,Singapore. received request to pay my RPRF. I have 2 questions,
1) Can i pay 980$(490$ for me+490$ for spouse)in one bank draft?
2)Should I send the bank draft to Canadian High Commission,Singapore?
I need the info urgently.

This is what I did. I bought a cashier order(in S$) for myself and spouse from the DBS/POSB branch at Hong Lim Food Centre. It's cheaper to pay in S$ for RPRF. The cashier order costs only S$2 or S$5(I can't remember exactly). And walked across New Bridge Road to One George Street(CHC S'pore), wrote my file number on the back of my cashier order, and handed it over the counter
with a copy of my RPRF letter. By the way, the visa office is open only in
the morning.
