URGENTLY HELP PLEASE!!!

I am outlind applicant and I already received the passport request. At the moment, I am in Canada and I write to embassy in Colombia if I can send the passport to any office inside Canada but I don't receive any answer. It is impossible to have communication when I call them. I just have 15 days to send it and today are 11 days.

I appreciate your help! I don't know what to do.

Didn't you have the option of sending it to Ottawa in the email you got for PPR?

Member of Parliament. The elected official that represents your area. Try making a better question title (more specific) and asking on the Columbia or even just on the main thread about where to send passport in Canada. I am very sure you can. You can try the call center as well, that's something they could actually help with.
