I have been in Canada from last 5 months and now I want to invite my mother who is in India on Super visa.

I have all the documents ready except T4 (as I am still not eligible for that because of my tenure in canada). My Doubts:

* Do i need to send an affidavit related to proof of my employment status and annual income (I have employment letter and pay stubs)
* Do I need to notarize the invitation letter

Early response will be appreciated as this is something urgent.

Hi,

It is best if you apply for a TRV and not a Super Visa for your mom. She can then apply to extend her visitor status on a TRV (if she wishes to extend her stay).

You cannot prove your finances as the host for a super visa with just the employment letter and pay stubs. For super visa applications from India, the host must be able to provide NOAs for the last 3 years, employment letter, payslips, bank statements, etc

Yes, the letter must be signed and notarized

Cheers
