Hi everyone,

As per the UPS tracking my passport has been delivered at CVAC New York on Feb 6th morning.
Till date I am not getting any info about my passport. I have contacted the CVAC help and they are only saying "we don't have any info about my passport". My air ticket to Canada is scheduled for Feb 20th 2024 and as it's an official visit I am unable to change the date.

Could anyone please advise me how to proceed ? I would be very thankful for your help.

VFS does not entertain my expedite request, informed me this:

"Be advise that the only 2 ways to expedite any process are:

  • Medical urgency.
  • A deceased of a family member."
