i have shown only 1.5 Lakh income (Father) mother as (house wife) so no income.

my consultancy people told its not matter much....but now i am worried.

lets see...i ll get to know by tomm

i dont think that matters much...if u have taken a loan = 80%.

tomm???...have u got any response yar??

@whatever

yes man.....my total fee with expences is CAD 30000$ for a year. which equals to Rs.13,50,000/-

I already paid first term fee of Rs.4,50,000/-. So my bank gav me 9,00,000/- as Education load. They bank stated that the loan is for only second term fee and my expenses.

I we count 13,50,000/-as total. 80% of it will be 10,80,000/-

But i am only showing them 9Lakh Loan. as i have already paid 4.5L (my own money) and not expecting it from bank.

Will this be okay ??

my passport is in courier..... I will receive it tomorrow.......expecting a Medical call.

@ vizag

Even i have the same issue..as my 80% amounts to 9 L....whereas i have taken a loan of 7.5 L and have paid the rest myself,,I asked a lot of people about it..and they say its alright...as many hav got visas with less than 80% loan.

I think the main reason that a loan is compulsory is that it relaxes the burden on the HC of verifying...that everything is genuine and ther is no problem of funds availability.

what i did was asked the bank to write on the disbursement letter that i had contributed 1.5 L.....and also showed 10 L liquid money..BDW how much liquid money did u show??

No brother. Dis is not the case whatever. U have to show 80% loan. Its compulsory in spp. Dis plays a very vital role in the decision of d visa. My expenses is around 9.5lacs and i hav taken a loan of 8lacs. My consultants said dis. I dont kno how can other consultants say it does not matter. And it is also clearly mentioned in the official site of chc.

Oops my total also comes to 9.5L, i have paid the Ist sem fee around 2.75 L & taken a loan for 7.5L.
I hope i have not messed up...

hey vizag...

sorry to hear about ur refusal bro.....

but i dont think that 80% is the reason.....cause if u read it carefully..it says "Unless already paid".....and many students hav got thier visas with the same issue.

i think the tax returns could be a problem.and u should have shown 3L.........as u have taken a loan of 9 lacs..its installment amounts to approx-2L per year(maybe more as we hav to pay d loan in 6-7 years)...and u have shown only 1.5L as ur yearly income!!......BDW How much did u show as liquid money..other than the loan??.........and did u show any property??

In the end bro..it all depends on the mood of the visa officer..and some luck......sometimes genuine students dont get their visas and those u just want to go ther to settle get theirs..!!
