please help

my application was incomplete because is missing some documents . one of them is Certificate of Selection from Quebec. what is that . we are not appying from this province . we are applying from british columbia

When you mail back the other things you were missing, give a written statement saying that you are not applying from Quebec and send proof of your address (rental contract, etc). Since you were missing other things, it was probably a mistake that they were asking for a CSQ.

I RECEIVIED THE EMAIL FROM MEXICO CITY VISA OFFICE THAT MEANS MY AOR.THE MAIL SAID THAT MY APPLICATION CANT BE START PROCESS BECAUSE WAS IMCOMPLETE AND I HAVE TO SEND THE INFORMATION THAT I FORGET :
