Hi can anybody please help me? There's this part of our application that says "Replacement Beeded" Letter of explanation that needs to be uploaded asap. However there's no further instructions of what we have to do. However on the same day that have requested an advisroy pf marriage that we have already completed and a medical that has been completed aswell. I' just confused because it says that the document is optional for the letter of explanation but is says *required whenever we fo push theough with it. Any idea of what to do ?

I am having difficulty understanding exactly what you are saying, can you just post the letter (take out your personal information).

It might just be a generic request letter for those who haven't done those things yet.

Hi....I got the same thing...replacement needed letter of explanation under optional documents but it's required by april 3 2017? Im totally confused what they meant by replacement needed...can u please help me with it? Thankz
