Hi I was in canada since december 2011 and I was about to complete my 8 months course in canada in august 2012 but unfortunately I had to go back to India in June 2012 because of my father's death. Now I want to complete my studies and I want to settle in canada but not alone. I want to go there with my mother(49yrs) and sister(26yrs). So can anybody help me by suggesting what should I do to settle there with my family?

Do you want to move to Canada to finish your studies and have your mother and sister accompany you? If that's what you'd like to do - I don't see any way you can do this as a family. Your mother and your sister will each have to qualify to come to Canada independently.

A spouse can apply to accompany someone to Canada on a study permit. A mother or a sister can't.

If my mother want to qualify for the visa but I want to ask on which base she have to qualify?

There are many different immigration programs available. You'll have to read through to them to see if your mother qualifies. You should check the federal skilled worker program and the provincial nominee programs:

Most likely she will need to get a job offer first in Canada to qualify.
