Hi all, I wanted to ask if I can travel to India ASAP. I am a recent Canadian citizen and hold a Canadian passport. I also have an Indian passport that I haven't surrendered yet. Can apply for an evisa and go to India? My mother has surgery and need to be there ASAP. Would there be an issue for me to enter India after Landing. Would I have to pay any penalty?
