urgent: to upload docs by the end of this week

Guys, I just received a message from CIC. They are asking for additional documentations.

the message is as follows:


This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada, In order for us to continue the review of your application , we require the following :

> XXXXX Ali Mohamed A Shaeb
> RPRF pay the right of permanent residence fee.

and the rest of the letter is just general info on express entry program and how to get help and stuff.

so what is that unique number, the xxxxx, i was given just right in front of my name ? is this the letter i need to upload to my application?

and isn't it possible to pay the fees like later instead of advance?
